about time i say. Police in Toronto have now targeted byclists no bell gets you $110 fine Not stopping at a stop sign over 200. A series of cyclists and pedestrian accidents has now caused this a female pedestrian was hit and knocked down hit her head and she died from injuries not sure if rider has drivers license if that is impacted same as boat operators who are charged with drink driving loss of demerit points etc up to now they had free rein now they will be a major revenue source much like the car driver is.
