The article is and was bogus.I know not the mayor's mental status, however, tt is the author and publisher of the article, "Is New York's Mayor Bloomberg clueless or criminally indifferent?" that is clueless. We were all informed long ago that the marathon was cancelled and I am sure that the resources have long since been redistributed to where they were needed.
